A seasoned equestrian, Amy has competed in the 3’6” Junior Hunters, Pony Finals, AHSA Medal Finals, IHSA Championships, Preliminary and CCI* eventing and 3rd Level Dressage among other horse achievements. She coaches riding and gives equitation, jumping and dressage classes as well as her signature Rainforest River Ride Adventure and VIP Rainforest Rejuvenation Experience.
A member of the International Coaching Federation, Amy leads individual and group coaching sessions to help women connect with the energy of nature and their own personal power to create changes that they desire and success beyond what they could have foreseen. Together, we can solve the critical problems facing our nation and our planet today.
Attending her 25th college reunion helped her realize her roots as an entrepreneur and global leader are connected to her Sweet Briar College experience. Amy wants to give back, and support young women who are just starting their journey to change the world for the better. The unique way she intertwines the power of nature and life itself with inner strengths, creates a beautiful full-bodied experience of awareness, confidence, challenge, and lasting change.
Amy is bilingual and now resides in beautiful Puerto Rico with her partner, 3 children and animals. Their sustainable and permaculture minded farm includes: horses, aquaponics, hydroponics, dairy goats and 100's of different fruit trees, medicinals and edibles.
