We ride year-round in Puerto Rico’s mild 70s–80s weather. Morning rides tend to be sunnier, while afternoons can be a bit cooler. You’ll be in a mix of sun and shade, and best of all—no poisonous snakes or spiders! We also don’t have a mosquito problem.

Yes! We welcome families and do not have a minimum age. Most young children have a blast.

• We have special saddles with seat belts.
• Younger riders are usually paired with a guide who rides alongside them for extra support.
• Your child should be comfortable going on a short hike on our rock stairs without needing to be carried.
• If your child is adventurous and excited about the river, they’ll likely love the experience! If your child struggles with balance, has special needs, or if you have any concerns, please contact us so we can make sure this experience is a great fit for your family.

It’s the rainforest, so a little rain is part of the adventure! Many guests say the rain made their experience even more magical. We rarely have to cancel due to weather. If we do, you’ll have the option to reschedule or get a full refund.

Yes. Our ride includes steep terrain and a short hike to the river, so being generally active will help you enjoy the experience. 🚫 Our weight limit is 220 lbs. If you are a little over we may be able to accomodate you on a special ticket. Contact us with your specifics.

Our rainforest adventure ride lasts approximately 2 hours, including our on foot portion with a scenic stop at the river for swimming.
